Lets say you had a best friend who was terminally ill and they were a virgin. They ask you not to let them die that way and they would like you to be their one and only before they died. Would you do it?

yes i would do it, your bestfreind and yourself share everything emotional anyway. and lets face it, your best friend is always has been there for you. guys and girls come and go. your best friend is everything to you. all you would be doing is giving her/him a piece of you to take with them to another place. and it would be something you could treasure for ever knowing you made them happy before they died...only you could be the person that could do that, a chosen one so to speak...I'm sure he/her would do it for you. i know my best friend would do it for me.......*cough*

Yes I would, but I would like to talk to the doctor first to see if he is really dying.

For a good friend maybe. If it's her first time even though she's dying it should be special. Don't cheat her of that.
