I think that if anyone, ANYONE hurt one of my children by the time I got through with them they would WISH they were dead. I would have to be excused from that jury for the simple fact that I wouldn't be able to be fair and impartial

If anyone ever touched my kids or my little sister - they'd be done for or in a lot of trouble. I find myself in her favor not only because of anger, but with our rediculous justice system, this guy would have gotten out of jail in no time (if he was captured in the first place). No doubt he would have molested (and who knows what more) other kids. These people are re-offenders and get off soooo easily for such hanous things. I'd thank her for getting this dangerous man off the street for good. Especially if she's been an upstanding citizen, I think she should get the very minimum sentence so she can continue raising her child. Of course the whole case has to be thoroughly examined but that's my initial opinion.

Just like some of the other members I would have to be let out of that jury, alas I can' t blame her for what she has done, kid touchers are the scum of the earth(worse!!!) But if we as a people just took matters into our own hands there would be nothing but murder in the streets. How many of us have said atleast once in our lives "man I would love to kill that bastard" but do we do it? no that is what makes us different from dogs, cats, tigers, lions Ect.......

I guess if she caught the man molesting her child, I wouldn't blame her and would consider it justifiable homicide. The problem is children say alot of things and if it's not true, than she just murdered an innocent man. That's we can't take the law in our own hands out of anger.

I'll blame her for what she did, because she had a choice whether to do it or not, and she decided to take justice by herself, i understand why she did it and i will not judge her, but she still killed a person...and she is guilty of that one act, it doesn't matter why she did it, that will not change...i know the justice system is not the best...but can you imagine how would it be if everyone takes the justice (according to themselves) in their own hands...it would be more messy...and we could be all dead by now.

I definitely would give her a reduced sentence. She's obviously guilty of killing a man, but she had every reason to be insanely angry at the man. I don't think it was the right thing to do, though. Killing isn't right, you know? No matter the situation.

Murder is Murder. We cannot take the law into our own hands, the world would get crazier than what it already is. Revenge is not the way to handle situations

I understand why this hypothetical woman did what she did. I guess it would depend on the evidence that the prosecution presents. Jury decisions are supposed to be based on the evidence and the charges and not on your personal feelings.

Depends.....If she walked in on him molesting her child I would say it's justifiable. If she heard about it after the fact then committed premeditated murder. I would have to find her guilty. She should have gone to the cops.

She'd go to jail. I don't believe in the death penalty so I feel that NO ONE has the right to take anothers life. Eye for an Eye does not work for me.
It is NEVER right to kill. Two wrongs don't make a right.
