The best I can figure, the A didn't change... the rest of the code would be:
ERASE THE TAPE AND GIVE ME YOUR COAT (or BOAT)

Most codebreaking involves messages that are a LOT longer than this qhich lets you do a better analysis on the letter frequency. Still trying though.

I am pretty certain the first part is:
ERASE THE TAPE AND....

I think the second part is:
...GIVE ME YOUR COAT (BOAT)
