Mine is Fort de France in Martinique (in the Carribean).
People are sssooo racist there, they don't even answer the tourists.
And it's crack central, there's a lot of junkies everywhere.
And it's smelly.

Country: Mexico. F---ing depressing and dirty, if you venture outside the tourist-safe zones. No concept of public health, public safety, public education...just a pathetic mess which thousands attempt to flee daily.
(US) State: Alabama. But don't get smug Georgia...you are about one beat-up, 1978 Buick full of crackheads away from sucking as badly.
(US) City, large: Detroit, MI. Just die already. Runner-up, Atlanta. No comment.
(US) City, medium-large: Jersey City, NJ. Do you really need to work in Manhattan so badly that you'll live in this festering dump on the Hudson?
(US) City, sorta small: Albany, NY. Dull, cold, dirty, rude...the most educated city in the country, yet it can't fill the seats at the three private schools, which now have to merge...because an entire generation moved away to reproduce in happier climes.
(US) City, tiny: Lithonia, GA. So mis-managed that the city police cars were unable to be driven as they couldn't afford insurance...a crime wave of violent felonies soon followed...what a surprise. A Cynthia McKinney stronghold.

I bet they have beautiful beaches there being the Carribean and there's bound to be some nice people.
