Before you go that route, have you tried the free sites? Craigs list, ziply and something that started with an F. Crap! I saw it listed here once, but apparently didn't bookmark it.

OOPS, I was 3 minutes late...

see this link: http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/motorfees.html
$30 to list a motorcycle, plus $30 when it sells.
+ $ various other fees for hosting pictures, exending the listing to 10 or 21 days, adding bold type or highlights or "buy it now" options,

Don't forget the fees incurred by payment services like paypal, and escrow services which help to insure that the transaction is not a fraud.
This does not take into account possible shipping fees, which should negotiated between buyer and seller.Shipping an uncrated bike should cost between $400 and $900, depending on value and insurance and amount of time required.

I would say, in total, it would not be unreasonable to assume between $60 and $125 in ebay fees, + all of the above.

By commission, I assume that you mean the amount that Ebay charges you for listing an item.

For motorcycles, there is a $30 insertion fee (for listing the item)
And there is a $30 transaction fee (for when someone actually bids on it)
Depending on any additional features/options you chose for the item page the fees can increase. I suggest seeing the website below
