after researching this question for awhile i could only come up with one answer...the meaning of mistress is actually any women..we only turned it into the other women...the male form equivalent to mistress is master or mister...which meaning is among other things...some people said gigolo but it is my understanding that is a male prostitute.. i have only heard them being called the other man....good luck in finding this one out!

gigolo or toy boy - mistress usally indicates that there is some monetary exchange in return for their "company", so either of the above would work.
