No, Palm OS is a PDA operating system not a language.

But writing a Palm program uses C, if that answers your question properly.

As the other person said, no, its an operating system for PDA's, like windows is for desktops. PalmOS is written in C (no OOP), and is all API driven. I have done a few apps. for PalmOS, and its really not too hard. They have great documentation on all of the API's, and I used CodeWarrior for PalmOS as the compiler, worked great.
