Total up how much you owe, then determine if you can get a loan from one source to cover all of the outstanding balances. Take out the loan, pay off all other bills, and you will only have one payment.
If you own a home, a home equity loan, if you have equity, might give you a tax deduction as well.
Then tear up or cut up all of your credit cards and charge cards except the one with the lowest line of credit. It is helpful to have one credit card for emergencies, car rentals, airline tickets.

There are non-profit credit consolidation services that will do this for you with no fee and no additional debt. They negotiate a payment plan with your creditors on your behalf, you pay them one (lower) payment per month, and they distribute it to the creditors.

There's no cost and no obligation to find out if you qualify. Just go here - http://necessaryvirtues.com/go/4020/15 - and fill out the form online.

Yes, there are several non profit companies willing to help you. One thing you might consider is going to http://www.nationwidebillrelief.com/debtrelief.html and get a loan or some advice to help you out.
