Check with your doctor. You could be anemic. Try eating foods really high in iron or take an iron supplement around your period. It could also be a sign of low blood pressure too. Make an appointment to see your doctor as soon as you can. Good luck and hope you begin to feel better!

BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING...
See a doctor, it's obviously not normal for you to be doing this, so go see a doctor, (have someone else drive you)
Don't start off by taking random pills before you even know what the problem is...

yea, you should go see the doctor. It could be so many things
Hunger, stress, anemia, pregnancy...ect.
