Im trying to give a group of people access to my calendar in Outlook. I know where to click but after 'APPLY' and 'OK' when I close it and reopen the permissions have reverted to 'none'
It has actually worked for the first 3 people but not the other 20 or so.
IT helpdesk in work cant help- someone tried but doesnt know why it is not working- anyone out there know?

Access Permission is the problem as you have said for the set permission to be retained, you must have full administrative rights on the local computer you are using, so you have to have that right first, shared you calendar and then give whoever you want access to it. I hope this will help.

Outlook and Outlook Express are two different programs.

Outlook Express does not have a calendar.

(Only Microsoft would give two different programs such similar names.)

Maybe you should repost with just Outlook in the question. It would be helpful to know which version as Outlook versions vary greatly.

It's a network setting - make sure all the people are on the network and configured properly.
