Are you working where you are because you like your position/ title? Is it the salary/ Benefits? Are you afraid to take risks and see what other career option you have out there? Or are you simply just have to be working at your present employer because you have future at where you at now?

I actually like my job. I've taken many risks before. Some paid off & others didn't. I've been at my current job for going on ten years now. The last couple have been very rough & we've taken pay cuts that placed us well below competitive market even in our own area. Now, things are finally beginning to turn around & though I'll never make it 'rich', I'm glad to be right where I'm at & working with some really fantastic people.

I work as an editor from my home. I love it. I make good money too.

I actually like it. It's my best job yet. The people are cool here, and you get free snacks. It's nice.
