I have a bachelors degree, hoping to start work on my masters soon. I am 23

Bachelor's Degree--first one in my family to earn one. Completed the coursework for it in August 1993.
I'm 40 now....and one of my BIG regrets was that my advisors saw fit to *lie* to me for nearly four years straight about the *career* potential of my major. If only someone had been straight with me, and told me flat-out to get into Business and Techincal Writing or something a *little* bit more practical in terms of the Job Market....
Oh well, these things happen, what can you do?
