Fake, Smake, can you really afford a real prada bag? Well stop trying to keep up with other people and be proud of what you have. If someone notices, laugh and say its your "strada bag", they'll know what you mean. Don't be embrassed about your means and stuff. I have a knock off Coach bag, I call it my Couch.

I don't know. If it's got the Prada name on it - then it possibly is. If it was bought from a street vendor - bargaining for something will bring the price down to practically nothing, so that's why I say it's possible that it's the real deal. And if it's leather - you've got a bargain. I won't use anything manmade when it comes to shoes and purses - so check it out. And if you really like it because you LIKE it, then wear it in good fun and enjoy!

You are WAY too worried about what other people think about you! Your mom spent the money to buy you a present when she was in another country - you should be thankful and wear it! If someone notices it, what's the big deal? Tell them to get a hobby that is more entertaining than examining people's bags for their authenticity!!!

Oh for crying out loud, wear the bag and hush up. If someone asks about it say heck yeah it's fake, who wants to pay hundreds of dollars for a lousy purse?

Who cares what other people think, just don't pass it off as real. $50 is more than I'd ever spend on a bag... real or fake. Wish my mom was still alive to think of me like that, think of the sentimental value of this as a gift from your mom, and wear it with pride. Who the **** cares which rich bastard's name is on the crap, you'd only be puttin money into their pocket anyway and takin it out of your own. Image is over rated.
If I were you, I'd get some K-Mart gear and sport it with pride, then you'll see who your true friends are... if they like you for who you are, or for what you wear and the image you try to present.

this has got to be the most self centered, ungreateful question
I've answered yet. do you know many ugly sweater/coats/pj's
i've gotten from my mother? seriously, stop being a ***** and wear the friggen thing. its a gift from your mom. when she's
gone you'll miss her. some people dont even have a mother around anymore, and they would wear garbage bags to have their
mom back, let alone a nice pocket book.
Must be nice.

I bought one for my daughter...she loved it! She knew it was a fake and it's been 2 years and no one ever asked if were a fake. If they asked, she wouldn't lie but no one ever did. Wear it and don't think about it whether it's real or not.

That's rather materialistic, don't you think? At least she brought you something back! Who CARES what others think? Do you LIKE the bag? Is it pretty? The real question should be, is it sturdy? Wear it and don't worry about the materialism of other people.

I think that you should definitely use the bag and be proud to tell someone that your mom bought it for you while she was in Italy. It was really considerate for her to do that, so return the favor and appreciate it and your mom.

just wear it with confidence like its real. if you try hiding it or acting like you dont want them to see it then they'll notice it more! who cares if its fake and your mom only paid $50 for it? its still nice and hey you can always say your mom got it for you while in italy. good luck!
