the perfect body is one where the owner of the body is completely happy, comfortable and confident with it. the perfect body doesn't have a size, weight, height, bra size, or butt size. what matters is how the person feels with it (and they're healthy). if you're confident and happy with your own body, then i think you have the perfect body.

Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock the last few years you’ve probably heard of the blockbuster workout program called Old School New Body. It’s the only workout program backed by a leading fitness magazine and it’s been a best seller for 2 years now.

Why is Old School New Body getting so much attention? Simple…

Because it works!

But Old School New Body is not for everyone, that’s why I created this honest review of the program including what I feel are the positives, the negatives and everything else in between. Before I dig in I wanna make sure you are not wasting your time with this so if you fit any of the following criteria, you can stop reading this…

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

You are in your teens or twenties (Ideally you should be 35 or older).
You already have a body that looks the way you want it to look.
You have a successful workout program that only takes up an hour or two of your time each week.
If you fit any of the 3 criteria above, stop reading this. But if you’re in your 30′s or later, don’t have the body you want and find yourself feeling like you have to spend your life at the gym to get results, then read on…

If i had to give an example, I'd like to have Giselle Bunchen's body. I think she's absolutely perfect in every physical aspect (well, I never really paid any attention to her feet, so can't comment on those).
I'd keep my face, I am quite attached to it and my daughter would miss my "pointy nose" as she calls it.
And you know what, somehow I can't hate her (Giselle) for being so gorgeous. But she does make me want to have a cookie, or a gallon of ice-cream because this ideal seems so unattainable.
On the other hand, I watched a documentary on a woman who lost 600 lb and had to have multiple surgeries to remove the excess skin and guess what?! I wan on the elliptical exercise machine within a couple of minutes!

I would say 5'8"with 36 inch breasts and hips, 27 inch waist long blonde hair and a georgeous tan for females. I haven't seen too many perfect bodies. Unfortunately, most of us are just average.

To me, the perfect body is toned, with a low percentage of body fat. The perfect booty is shaped like the letter "c" (like mine).
