why do guys say they love you and dont call you back?

Because most (but not all) men are in it for one thing..and one thing alone. Many men tell you what they think you want to hear...and then they get tired and give up. Do not believe people that say "well maybe he's shy..blah blah" because many men will agree that if they are interested they will call.

I say get over this guy...and find someone else. He is a liar.
