My name is Ismael Martinez and I work for Southwest Texas Junior College in Uvalde Texas. We are currently working on putting on a radio station here on campus my question is how do I get it. Do I subscribe to a some service that might provide Top 40, Rock, Hip Hop and other genres? Please advise.
