You are actually about 15 lbs under what is considered a healthy wait, a woman who is five feet tall should weigh about 100 lbs and then you add 5 lbs for every inch taller she is. But bodies are built differently and you won't really know until you get a physical which is always a good idea to do about once a year just to make sure everything is working properly.

Course it is. As long as you are eatting and not throwing anything up or over eating then that is the right weight all the way.
