I heard this stuff was really good. Is it?

I love it. I get it from Clinque, it comes in soft black and brown. It comes with a thin brush, you just run the brush under the water and swirl it on the eyeliner cake and apply it. It stays real nice. Dries quickly and is transfer resistant.

I use the Elizabeth Arden
Dual Perfection Brow Shaper And Eye Liner.
You just add a bit of water and its perfect.
I use it daily, and it gives a very dramatic effect if wanted, or after its applied you can smudge it with a q-tip for a smokey eye effect. Its the only eyeliner I use.

That's my eye. Over pink eyeshadow. Unfortunately I rubbed my eye before I took the picture, so the right eye is not perfectly lined, I wasn't focusing on taking the picture for my eyeliner though, it was for a piercing portfolio.

You have to rub quite hard to get the stuff off.

I believe it's like cake foundation where its dry and you add water and apply it. You can probably get the same effect with liquid eyeliner. Lancome makes really great liquid eyeliner.

It is the old style eyeliner. It is a dry liner that you need to add water to and put on with a small brush. It is very good.
