I was sitting on the cathedral steps in the sunshine today eating my lunch, There's this boy sitting next to me picking at his toenails(he had flip flops on) he then swings his foot up onto his dads lap and his dad starts clipping his toe nails with nail clippers, the boy in question was approx 15 years old. And i'm trying to eat my lunch. What is going on?
