Anything that is centi like centiliter cL or centimeter cM is 10 times less than a milliliter mL or millimeter mM so 456cL is 4560mL.

try this: King Henry Died -- drinking chocolate milk K H Da -- d c m Kilo Hekta Deka -- (d)eci (c)enti (m)illi The -- represents the basic gram, liter, meter. To go from one to the other, every move right or left is a move of the decimal in the same direction. 160mL to L : Start at m and go back 3 steps to the dash. Move the decimal 3 places to the left 0.16L 23 KL to L (from K to the dash, 3 steps) 23 000 L 456cL to mL ( Start at c and move one step to the right) 4560mL. A milliliter is defined as 1 cubic centimeter, therefore 120mL = 120cm³

I guess you mean "centileters" to "megaliters" ?? If so,
456 centiliters = 0.00000456 megaliters

In countries that actually use metrics, centi-liters are NEVER used. Liter, and Deci-Liters are all that is used for Liters.
I would assume, since "centi" is 100th, and "mili" is 1000th, 456cL would equal to 4560 ml.
