It takes 1000 mL to make one Liter so divide 160 by 100 and get 160/1000 or the decimal .16L

1ML = 1 million L
160 ml (milliliters) = .16 L (liter)
1ml = .001 L or 1000 ml = 1 L
It makes a huge difference if you capitalize the M. I don't know if you intended to.

you should really learn how to do this on your own instead of asking - how will you do this on a test? Its really easy to convert from one unit to the other, they work in by moving the decimal point to the left or right.
