Um, everyone got it wrong. House recovered after the ketamine treatment and takes on 2 patients: a paralyzed girl who did yoga and a mute brain cancer survivor who drove his wheelshair into a pool. Eventually the yoga girl is released and House focuses on the brain cancer guy (BCG). House keeps making these hunches, and they turn out to be wrong. While House is running, he cools himself in a fountain. And it hits hit. The man drove his wheerchair into the pool to cool himself down because he couldn't regulate body temperature. He goes to Cuddy's house to tell her, and she refuses to do the tests, saying he has no medical proof. He says that all she needs to do is give the guy a cortisol shot. If that is the problem, he'll be cured, and if it isn't, nothing will happen. Cuddy still refuses. Cut to the next morning. BCG is being discharged and Cuddy runs up to give him the shot. And it works. BCG is cured. House is still in his office and only Wilson and Cuddy know. Wilson convinces Cuddy not to tell House, because he was just lucky, and next time, he'll kill someone. Cuddy is hesitant, but Wilson tells her that everyone lies.

Such a great episode as it was the season ender. If I tell you the ending, it will really spoil it if you're able to catch a rerun. But to recap the premise, a guy comes into the hospital to see House because he had treated his wife a few years ago. The wife had killed herself because House blabbed an STD that the husband had because he had cheated on her. So the guy shoots House. He thinks he's going crazy because after the surgery to remove the bullet, suddenly his leg doesn't hurt anymore. They had done something to his spine that relieved the pain. But now he's not the same doctor as he was before - he's kind of going stupid.
Any more info and you'll know the ending and you shouldn't know the ending if you still have a chance to see it.

I don't have to. House comes on on Tuesdays at 8:00 and Fridays at 11:00. If you missed it on Tuesday, just watchit tomorrow. I missed it too, so that's what I'm going to do.

Yes. There was a tragedy/sickness. House made some sarcastic remarks. It was misdiagnosed. House made some sarcastic remarks. He properly diagnosed the problem. More remarks. Credits.

Whenever I have missed the show, I go to http://www.fox.com/house/ for a recap. Of course, it is no close substitute to watching it on the telly.
