All fire works should be Banned , there is no need for them ! They scare the hell out of animals / frighten old people /people have young children who need their sleep . why the hell does the government allow the celebration of the blowing up of parliament with bonfire night ? other than they get paid the taxes off the sales of these things , they should be banned now , and anyone caught with them should spend a few night in the cells or made to do community service .

In my country (North Cyprus) every big wedding has a firework display. But they have to have a licence. In other words there is a level of control about place and time.

If it's after 11pm, it's not right. I've got these kids across the street from me who set fireworks off at 2am and their parents don't do anything about it. We can call the cops, and nothing is done about it.

No, If you had a baby that you were up with all day would you want bombs exploding when it was time for you to get some peace while putting a baby to sleep? Think of other people around you, not only yourself. What the hell do you get out of it anyway? Big ****.A large POP.

Since you can't see them in sunlight, I think after 9:00 is the only time.

It depends on the type of neighborhood you live in. But in most cases, 11PM would be a reasonable time to stop.

Why on earth do people have to let them off at all, apart from Bonfire night and Xmas? No, they shouldn't be.
