I think of the beautiful, moving religion that is called Vodou. I see me and the house members dancing in front of the poto mitean, singing for the lwa. I think of my ancestors, the blessings the lwa have given to me, and I give praise to Bondye. Without Bondye (God) nothing would be possible.
I also think of the song by Godsmack. Great song by the way!

chicken. I saw a clip of voodoo being performed and they were using a chicken for some reason. Still, scared the sh*t out of me.
