Get your tire pressure checked, change your oil filter when needed and your gas filter if needed. And when on the highway, turn your windows up (helps prevent drag)

This is contrary to what everybody tells you: Put Premium gas in your car. Try it. It works best on the highway. It will easily return the 10-20 cents you pay which is a small percentage of the cost of gas.

What kind of car do you drive? If it's something huge, trade the damn thing in already... you probably don't need it.

Driving about 60 will save you considerably more gas than driving 70 or 80.

Premium gas makes NO difference...Only thing u can do is get a smaller car/hybrid. Modifying your exaust to be less restrictive and getting an aftermarket air intake will slightly inprove your vehicals gas milage if u dont wanna buy a new vehical.

e) motorcycle
f) get rid of your SUV, buy economical car

Oh, contrary to girl36c_4u's opinion, using premium gas when your car uses regular is a waste of $$$.

Unfortunately, unless you change to a more fuel efficient car or motorcycle, there's limited stuff you can do.
For example:
*Ensure your tires are properly inflated
*Change your oil regularly
*I like to get a fuel injection cleaning. Seems to run smoother.
*Change your spark plugs
*Maintain a clean air filter
