I DO!!! I've had this one song off of Jack McDuff's "Bringin'it Home" CD that has been running through my head for a solid month now, no matter what else I listen to, and By Gum, I believe I have learned all the parts for every instrument.

It's usually the last song I heard on the radio before I turned it off or the last jingle of a commercial before I turned off the tv. Sometimes it can be so annoying.
