Question

I believe that courage is impossible without fear. I believe in tenderness and forgiveness. I believe in the healing power of a deep down belly laugh. I am a seeker. I seek understanding and connection. I believe in joy and love. I believe in individual truths. I believe in holding onto hope,, especially when it hurts. I believe that what people see in others says more about who they are than about the other person. So I hope that the people I meet only see the best in me.

Of course I do. If you don't believe in yourself then no one else will. I believe in my strength..and by strength I don't mean physical strength, but mental, emotional and psychological strenght. It takes a lot to go through what I went through in one year (a huge illness in which I lost 25 pounds, death of a loved one, being left by a boyfriend of 5 years for another woman, ended friendship with two best friends) and at the time I wasn't sure if I'd make it. But over a year later and I now realize that my strength did get me through...strength to hold it together, to put one foot in front of the other and to keep on going in life. I now know that any challenge that comes my way will be met and overcome, because I believe I can do anything I put my mind to.
