One of the most ironical & haunting bits of TV I have ever seen: The young lad on a raised platform, talking to a senior officer, the twin towers in the background against a full moon, the date at the bottom of the screen 10th SEPT 2001. The senior officer saying to the kid "Look kid worry, you will get your first real fire - real soon"

On Monday (9/11 anniversary) CNN is going to show a replay of all the footage they showed from the morning of 9/11. I'm curious to watch that because I missed most of it. Sorry I don't know anything about the video you're looking for, but if you can't find it you can always watch that thing on CNN.

I've seen that movie/documentary while in france, so I know it by it's french name "New York 11 Septembre". It's a french documentary by Jules Naudet
PS: and yes, it's effectively "9/11" in other countries.

YES I have the DVD it's 9-11 and I ordered mine from Amazon I think,, but you can do a search for it,, it's really good I still cry every time I watch it.
