Depends on your definition of "seconds" and "2 days". If the first day is the first or the second, there would only be 1 "second" in the 2 days. If the first day is the 3rd - 31st, there would be no "seconds" in 2 days.

Depends on how many races and contests are held. Are we talking about all over the world? We may never know how many seconds or firsts OR thirds we have in 2 days. There's A LOT of contests and races.
