"I only had one drink" has got to be the OLDEST lie in the DUI book. You honestly believe her? Then try this on for size:
She claims she failed the sobriety test because her "one drink" was taken on an empty stomach and she had not eaten all day. On her KIIS-FM interview this morning, she says right before the party, she went and HAD DINNER with her sister and girlfriends.
She lied. Face it. You can still be her fan, but don't make her into a saint.

It wasn't false arrest. She was right at the limit of alchol level. Plus she probably wasn't driving perfect or she wouldn't have been pulled over in the first place. Why would she sue? She's rich already!

how do you know she only had one drink? because she says so? and also, some people can get drunk off of just one drink it depends solely on tolerance level. so if i have one drink with a low tolerance level and i get drunk and drive off is that okay?
oh and how big was this "one" drink? ive seen martini glasses that are HUGE.
