Most community/junior colleges have associate's programs in biology and chemistry. However, because of the lower-division nature of the j.c., they won't have advanced courses -- you'll have to go on to a 4 year college for that.

You will find that they all offer the Bio I, II, Molecular Bio, Gen Chem I, II, O-Chem I, II, Physics I, II, and Calculus that you will need to get the A.A. and then transfer to a 4-year school. Usually Junior Colleges are cheap too.
