I'm reading a lot of posts here complaining abouts whats wrong with their life, but it is not just here I hear people complaining must of the time.
So, is anyone reading this happy? Why are you happy? What made you happy? Give me so good news to counteract all of this whining.

The good news is that were still alive and well.
If the majority of these posts and peoples lives for that matter weren't whining about something, they would have run out of things to talk about long ago.

I am happy, now there are things in my life that I wish were better such as my job, but I am working on fixing that (going to school), I think the key to happiness is pretty simple, you need to be okay with your life the way it is, not content with the way things are, meaning if things are not perfect (they never will be) you are okay with that, but you will work to make things better, being content means you don't try and just let things stay the same. Anyway stop looking at what others have, be glad for what you got and understand that so many others have less and are worse off than you.

I'm happy! I have a great relationship, 7 great kids, 19 super grandkids, and every day holds it's challenges and rewards. The world is a beautiful place full of wonder and excitement. If you're not happy, turn off the tv and go outside.

Im happy because I have an outlook of if it doesnt personally affect you, isnt going to affect you, why worry about it.
If you have a problem dont put it on the back burner, get it sorted, or find help to sort it.
maybe because im quite a confident person and am able to take charge of what happens in my life i find it easier than some...but to be honest they must remember that choice is there for all...they dont have to remain in a state of being miserable,unhappy or anything else.

Yes I am happy!!!!!!!!! Only you can make yourself happy, not someone else, so everyone needs to get over themselves and lift up their souls. I get nasty e-mails from people on here about how i am rude and an ****** or whatever, and i just brush my shoulder off. I mean, i dont care what anyone says about what i am saying. And if someone is bring harm towards me, i give it back to that person ten fold.

I'M VERY HAPPY I'M HAPPY MOST OF THE TIME, I'M HAPPY BECAUSE I HAVE A GOOD HEART AND I HAVE JESUS AT THE HEAD OF MY LIFE , I DON'T LET PEOPLE STRESS ME OUT AND I DON'T LET NEGATIVE PEOPLE INTRUDE IN MY LIFE, I HAVE A WONDERFUL FAMILY THAT I LOVE AND LOVES ME TOO AND WHEN YOU HAVE LOTS OF LOVE THEN WHY WOULD YOU NOT BE HAPPY. I'M HAPPY BECAUSE I WOKE UP THIS MORNING, I HAVE A JOB I' M HEALTHY AND I CAN SEE THE SUNSHINE EVERYDAY AND THE SUNSET. SO YOU TELL ME WHY I SHOULD NOT BE HAPPY. Yes, I am happy and content.
There are things in my life that are, and are not, good, but its a choice whether or not to be content in whatsoever situations and circumstances I find myself in. This does not mean that I have to be content with difficult circumstances, but its a state of mind.
This comes from me being a Christian, and relying on God, knowing that all things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose. Nothing can separate me from His love, and it is on this that I focus my thoughts, and not looking constantly to my circumstances which can change.
