Well, it's obvious Mickey is a control freak and a speciesist. He is probably also into S&M, I mean, why else would he put Pluto on a leash? I shudder to think what Micky and Minnie do to poor Pluto when nobody is watching. His development is so stunted. That's what comes of being kidnapped as an infant and raised by some pervert for his enjoyment. Pluto has probably been traded around several clubs by now... I wouldn't be surprised if Daphne used to take advantage of him before she 'acquired' Scooby.

If you ask me Pluto is the lucky one! He gets to just play all the time and eat. Oh to be a Dog to a good family!!!

I know, especially since Pluto is smarter. I think it's because they've known all along he wasn't a real planet.

Good Question! I've often wondered that myself. I don't know the reason why, cept maybe the creator thought it would make a interesting twist on Humanity as we see it.

Weird. Also, how come Donald Duck only wears a shirt and no pants, but after he showers, he wears a towel around his waist. And all Looney Tunes characters are naked!
