I need to know the location of the IAC valve on a 1987 bmw 325?

On top of the motor drivers side. You will see a large rubber boot boot with a small hose coming off it that goes to a round metal piece. That cylinder is the IAC. IF you want to see a picture go to allgermanparts.com and look it up.

The Idle air control valve (iac) is located on the throttle body assembly. If you need more info just e-mail me.
