The best answer is WATER. I barely drank any before joining this message board because I was frustrated with my hair. Well they had a section for skin care and that was one of the main things the ladies focused on. I upped my intake of water to 6 glasses a day then gradually got up to 8-10 a day. Wow what an improvement I seen in my skin. I also took Trimedica MSM. Its advertised to help with your joints if you have arthritis but the benefits on your skin and hair should be what its advertised as helping because it also cleared my skin and I've grown 6 inches of hair in a few short months. Here is the link to the MSM I use: http://www.vitaminshoppe.com/store/en/browse/sku_detail.jsp?id=TP-2020. Now you can buy it in capsules or in powder form. I found that powder form was more effective and you take a half of teaspoon and add it to your morning drink.

Actually most of the food has nothing to do with oily skin etc.
For better skin drink lots of water, about 8 glasses, eat fresh fruits like it going out of style, lots of veggies and also raw carrots, cucumber. Go to the Department Store and look for a good skin cleanser, toner and moisturizer, Clinique is excellent, not too expensive and even my doctor recommended it.

drink lots of water..it will moisturize from the inside out,,,wash your face often especially at night..don't sleep with make-up on..use a scrub like st.ives apricot scrub,,,,there's fancier ones out there but st.ives gets the job done really good for less money.and wrinkles might not be in your future for a long time but if you start now ,,you won't have much then.a small amount of a lite moisturizer just around the eyes will be a great habit to get into to.

drink plenty of water. eating or drinking too much dairy can be bad for your skin....it clogs your pores. eat tons of veggies that will give vitamins to your hair, skin, and nails.
try using oil free moisturizers and daily cleansers.

You should definitely eat healthy. Fruits, vegetables, and water will come out in your skin and you will be beautiful. Don't use too many skin products, they're not too good for you.
