yes it is posible to track what kind of traffic is going throught your connection/computer

Your employer can definetely see what you are using given that they have proper controls in place. For example they can easily access you computer and see what programs you have installed. They can also run an inventory check of the software on your PC - this is done at will and you will never know if they did it. Usually it is not done though unless there is a reason for them to see what software you have installed. They can also see what software you used to access the nterent if they want to - this is done by using software such as websense or surf control.
My advice is to be careful whwat you do on your work computer.

definitely. i have filters in place and know exactly where all 315 employees have gone, how long they were there and every keystroke they made. its completely legal and within our rights to ensure a secure network free from hackers.

THEY CAN SEE EVERY PLACE YOU GO AND EVERY WORD YOU TYPE THROUGH THE SERVER COMPUTER. BE CAREFUL OR YOU WILL GET CAUGHT.
