I personally don't watch the show, but as long as there are crackheads and law breakers the show will remain on the air. What's your opinion?

I don't know about that, but I wish they would quit showing reruns and show some new episodes. And those stings where they set up prostitutes and Johns are so lame. Those people are just trying to make a living so leave them alone, or give them a clean safe place to do it in like they have in Nevada.

they'll probably keep it on just like the Simpsons. i was looking at the saturday night neilsen ratings in hollywood reporter and 'cops' is the highest rated show of the night. why mess with a good thing?

when I'm sick and at home on a Saturday night, I know that I can always count on COPS to keep me entertained. yeah, I doubt it'll ever go off the air.....what is it now..like 20 years? I love it when they go to Vegas and New Orleans for Mardi Gras
