myspace page width scrolling sideways?

Like everyone else I hate scrolling sideways to view things. My page requires some sideways scrolling. Is there a way to fix that?

i've noticed that its only a problem with firefox and not explorer

You've got fixed width elements that amount to more than the width of your screen. Either use percentage widths or change the element widths in question so they fit. 1024 is the most common screen width but designing to 800 (as YA does ) is considered good practice.
