I own an ipod mini.When i plug it in, the system automatically detects it, But i cannot update it(cant mount ipod error) and itunes does not detect it.(i cant update my library).WHAT SHOULD I DO???????

download/install the latest software from apple.com... and see how it goes... try system restore too....... g'luck

The ipod nano is a bargain extra effective than the mini no offense. I actual have a nano and that i in simple terms like it. the minis r sluggish and that they r biggr however the nanos r so skinny they r awesum!! u shuld get a million

you should get rid of that ipod as soon as possible because it is an unreliable piece of ****. you should have bought an mp3 player made by the CREATIVE company. their products never fail.
