Mysql, PhP and apache is installed and working. As a newbie i'm not following the installation instructions, that come with the download. Not to sure how or where to do command lines like
"mysqladmin create nuke" which they say i need to do on my server? What do they mean by my server.

PHP-Nuke will not function correctly on PHP5. If you use the patches from http://www.nukeresources.com then I think few parts of PHP-Nuke will work, not all.
