of course a gay man can fall in love and be in love with another man.
i know some couples that have been together for many many years.
they have deep love and are basically just like a hetero couple.
there are lots of people out for only sex, on the surface.
both gay and straight.
there are more people actually seeking love.
based on my life experience of 46 years.

Yes, there is definitely gay love. I know of many people who are in it for love. I have witnessed firsthand the deep love that people can have for each other whether they are gay, bi, or lesbian. It really is a beautiful thing, even if that sounds a little corny, and it always makes me happy to know that such deep love exists in this world. Love is after all the source of life, in more ways than the obvious.

Of course there is a such thing as gay love. They're a lot of straight ppl who are just out there for sex as well. I mean anybody could only be looking for sex regardless of their sexuality.

Ummm love is love. I fell in love with my partner as he did with me. We've been together 10 years and have a relationship that is based on a lot of things...love, respect, friendship, companionship...yes sex is a part of our relationship but it's not the basis. We are a family. And yes, I love him very much. And we are very happy. Now my relationship is not for everyone...but it is possible in the "gay world" to fall in love and have a family...if that's what you want out of life. Gay people have to stop letting outsiders mentally break them down. Being gay doesn't automatically equal a miserable life....like some would have you think. You can be gay and be very happy. I know I am.

Of Course. There is love found in the Gay community. Sex itself is really only just a fraction of being gay.

Yes, of course. You hear more about gay sex, because it is someting out of the ordinary for most straight people, so it gets a lot of attention. But gay people, by definition love the same gender. In fact some learned writers call it "same-gender-loving" and instead of gay, lesbian or homosexual, the refer to us as SGL people.
Most gay people who have come to terms with their sexual orientation long to find a partner with whom they can have a long term relationship. When SGL persons are in the closet, sometimes the circumstances of secrecy impede the formation of relationships.

Any two people of the same gender, who make a decision to love each other as a couple have demonstrated the true essence of gay love.

Being gay has nothing to do with sex. It is about how you love and feel for your partner in your heart... just the same as a man loves his wife or vice versa... sex is only a bi-product.

love is love, and yes, gays and lesbians DO fall in love. why else would we be fighting so hard for gay marriage? or why would be bother to have commitment ceremonies (like I have had) if there was no love (just sex) involved?

of course there's gay love, what kind of a ridiculous question is this? homosexuality is both sexual attraction and emotional attraction, just like heterosexuality.
