Last year my wife started watching Fox's new show 'Bones'. I started watching too and I kinda got hooked in on the show. Its really not that bad a show. But now, the new character introduced this season, some new doctor lady in Forensics, has completely ruined the show. Unless she dies or quits in a recent episode we've decided not to watch anymore. She just ruined the whole vibe of the show. Anyone else have an opinion on this...

I agree to a point. I love Bones and have really become hooked on it as well. The new character does bring a new dimension but she also isn't there for the right reasons. I feel like everyone else in the lab (and Booth of course) are very passionate about their jobs and love what they do. They like to find evidence that prove things, not just speculation. I think the new lady is more in it for the money and the status. There were a couple times that I was impressed by the way she stuck up for the team but she sometimes acts like they don't know what they are doing when they probably could all run circles around her.

I love Bones, and I'm iffy on the new Dr. in the lab. She's ok, and she does seem to really have it together... Mostly I think I'm opposed to her because everyone knows Bones & Booth have that little sexual tension thing going on, and she may get in the way. Haha, anways, I think she's ok. I do think that there will be an eppy where she really really proves herself to be a commrade, or she's going to be out by the end of the season.

actually im opposite. i havent watched bones but want to start bcuz of the character. i read an article in entertainment weekly about the show. i understand it's based on kathy reichs books? thats awsum, if u ever read her books, the main character is tempe brennan, a forensics scientist. i just finished deja dead, awsum awsum book.

Well, I don't like watching Bones overall, but I didn't even know that there was a new person on there who ruined it!

I think she's good..she brings some drama to the show.
I like how she can chew someone out & still keep that sweet smile on her face!
