Taking pictures of almost anything is not illegal. It is the usage of those photos which can be governed by legal issues.

I don't think so... i would take one from James Dean, or Patsy Cline...I don't think so, unless you destroy it or put graffitti, (sp?) on it,then it is illegal. But to answer the question,many thousands of ppl take pics/put flowers on, Elvis Presley's grave every year,and they havent been arrested!

No...I took a picture of Dvorak's (composer) grave...no one bothered me. In fact, I can't even recall seeing policeman, or ever seeing a sign saying that.
