She said 'then i am not enough for you?' and 'dont i satisfy you enough then?' I know that sex with a partner is much better but how can i prove to her that it is healthy and beneficial, even when we are making love?

Also she prefers to make love only after her shower that can be when im falling asleep and then she gets upset that I havent got the strength-im a day person and I told her that.

I'm hornier at night. Period. However, the masturbation issue she has a little neurotic. Just because you masterbate, doesn't reflect anything negative on her. If I were you, I'd just do it in the shower and not talk about it with her in the mean time. Then, maybe have a medical doctor try to talk some sense into her.

First of all, masterbating for women is healthy as well. This situation happens so much, but it's really ridiculous for her to get upset. Explain to her that it's completely normal.

she probobly feels that you would rather do that then have sex with her. From now on just make sure you do it when she's not home and she wont know. Also, she probobly likes it after a shower because she wants to be nice and fresh. Why dont you try asking her to shower earlier so that you wont be so tired.

She sounds high demanding and you need to talk to her about it. But if it is that big a deal to her, to see if you can calm her down a little bit about your masturbating, ask her if she wants to help you out or do it for you. Involve her somehow and maybe she won't feel so "neglected" even though she shouldn't. I mean, you could be out getting taken care of by other women instead of masturbating, but obviously you are faithful and care for her to the point you don't. So ask if she wants to partake in your masturbating.

Almost every woman who finds out that her man is masterbating tells her that she is not good enough in bed. I caught my husband doing that one night and it hurt my feelings. He hasn't done it since. Your best bet is to stop masterbating. Even though it is healthy.

She has esteem issues and also expects you to cater to her. You need to seriously talk to her about this. The world does not revolve around her. Masturbation is a natural and healthy part of life. It is a shame she is too insecure to realise this.
