Yes he did. On June 21, 1977, just six weeks prior to Elvis Presley's death he performed "Unchained Melody" for what would be his last Television appearance "Elvis In Concert".

Yes. On his 1977 album Moody Blues. In fact, it was usually one of the last songs he would sing on his final concerts.

Yes, he did. I heard it once on the Elvis Station on Sirius radio. I couldn't tell you what album, though.

I've never heard him sing it, however I do have an Elvis anthology for piano (sheet music) which includes it - so I assume he did otherwise that's a bit random!
