Dear girl,

you might want to consult a dermatologist. There are certain skin conditions which have discoloration as a symptom and without knowing the exact symptoms or seeing it I can't advice you what you might have. It could be as simple as a hormone imbalance or nutrition problem. (Skin nutrition ) Also the pigment distribution of your skin is goouverned by many factors and again a Dermatologist can advice you best.
If you feel it is only a problem with the surface . I.e to oily or to dry, dead skin etc. there are good products on the market (such as a de foliaging system made by Oil of Olay) As a professional Make up artist I often advise a mask made of oat meal ceral and milk. Also Vitamin B will help your skin ( You can buy Vitamin B supplements but eating a yeast rich product or eating a little yeast will do the same)
As for make up and temporary solutions I suggest a light foundation applied with sponge very evenly and equalized with a very light coat of powder. Make sure you do the ears and neck too..otherwise it looks as if you wear a "mask".

Talk to a skin care specialist. They can go over u r skin type and what is suitable for you. Maybe you are allergic to some products. I only use very less products like Olay face wash and moisture cream on my face. Only a few brands of make up suits me but as a make up artist myself , if u have skin problems you should use only mineral make up. Try a few different things and you should be fine.

Try a toner/astringent. It can eliminate acne and help even out skin tones.
