Looking at the answers above, I can see that most are on the money by suggesting to have the swirl buffed out...... but, honestly I wouldn't suggest doing it yourself if you don't have experience with a buffer.... things can go really wrong really fast..... Take it to a detailing shop, show them the swirl marks and ask them to have it buffed with compound, not just polished. Price should be less then $100 and well worth it.

Swirl marks are made by a buffer. You can try buffing it more with some compound however be carefull that you dont go too deep because you can damage the paint job. The swirl marks may have been done by someone who didnt know what they were doing and already ruined the paint job. Need a cheap paint job go to macco or earl sheib.

Good auto parts stores that cater to the bodyshop trade have products to take care of swirl marks. Lots of brands. Most are applied with a buffer. Ask for swirl mark remover.

Wet sand it with fine grit paper. Then buff it out. How old is the paint job? Be careful when you wet sand you don't want to take off too much paint.

use a very fine grit sand paper and wet sand it and then buff it and that should work and also five it a nicer shine..... But you might want to get a guy to do it that actually knows how to wet sand cause if you dont you could take your clear coat off......

can do use jewlers rouge very lightl rub with water they lightly repaint if needed most time a rewax will do.
