Im 16, and my litle brother is beeing picked on at school bye a kid i know. there both 12. I know there faily for a wile and i used to be friends. but there family made up rumers about me. so we ended the friendship and bin fighting ever sence.
I want to go his *** for my brotheres sake, i am not worried about concacwences. iv alread warned him to stop and he continues to do what he was doing. Should i beat the fvking **** out of him?

No. First of all - in many states, because you're 16, you can go to jail for assaulting a kid. Not a good plan.
Not to mention - your lil' bro could get the rep of needing his big brother to fight his battles for him - which could be worse than just getting picked on by one kid. Do you want to open that can of worms?
Personally, let the two kids deal with it. If it escalates into violence (like the other kid instigating a fight) then worry about it from there (i.e. have the other kid arrested if he lays a hand on your brother.) He keeps doing it because he knows it's p*ssing you off.
