i have a friend who lives like 500 miles away. right now she is going through some difficult times and she is kinda depressed. lately, i have been sending her little things to make her happy - such as a card where i wrote a special note to her in, some candy, something for her car and a few other things. i have been preaching inspirational and motivational quotes to her and i made little business cards that i got laminated for her to carry around. anyway, any other small gifts you can think of that i can send her?

Does she listen to MP3s? A gift card to one of the legal download sites might be well received, since music can be a serious mood uplifter. If you can get a physical gift card, make sure to get one of the cute little stuffed animal card holders to go with it.

Send her some of her favorite things such as candy, cds, etc. Offer a listening ear to her too. hope this helps.
