They are both crap. I realize that they are affordable, but I drove a Hyundai recently from a car rental agency and it was cheaply made and performed poorly.

Hyundai. More attractive, more reliable cars with better warranties. Also, the company appears to be well managed. Kia just seems generic. Hyundai could be the next Toyota or Mazda if they play their cards right. All Hyundai needs is a better R&D department.

I like Hyundai vehicles....but we have new Hyundai plants in our area...and 3 employees have been killed and others seriously injured working there. Also, some of the Koreans running the plants, are abusive both verbally and physically to the workers. Women workers cannot even look the Korean men directly in the eye, and crossing their legs is a sign of disrespect.

various thumbs downs being given for "NO" the following, so i am going to take yet another one. A mate worked as a mechanic in a Hyundai storage and he informed me in no thanks to purchase one. evidence sufficient? seem, it truly is not any longer because it it will blow up or something (properly, except for the Mk2 coupés yet you're not from now on asking about that one) it truly is basically that there are numerous vehicles you'd be more desirable proper off with for the money. Hyundais do not very last very well, they have a negative resale value compared to Honda, VW, Ford etc and they are no longer as sturdy to emphasise. yet in case you truly, truly want one, why no longer?

I dont have respect for foreign car manufacturers. I barely have respect for American car manufacturers. They all make the cheapest cars they can out of the cheapest materials they can to make as much money as they can off of us.
